A small version of the shop at Redhill Farm, located right in the heart of Lincoln’s Cathedral Quarter serving free-range pork, lamb, eggs, and more local produce.
The ethos at Redhill Farm is to commit the extra time, effort and skill to produce products of quality rather than faster and cheaper to the detriment of quality. So everything is made by hand in small batches in the butchery, bakery and smoke house on the farm, giving attention to detail at every stage.
The Redhill Farm Shop in the Bail offers their Great Taste Award winning free-range pork, lamb and hogget, grass-fed beef, free-range eggs, hand-raised pork pies, dry cured bacon and hams alongside their signature Lincolnshire sausages – all supplied daily fresh from the farm, just 20 miles north of Lincoln.
Other produce is carefully selected from primary producers who share a commitment to provenance and authenticity.
Alongside the butchery is a light take-away food service offering delicious free-range sausage sandwiches and hot pulled pork rolls.
