The ethos at Redhill Farm is to commit the extra time, effort and skill to produce products of quality rather than faster and cheaper to the detriment of quality. Everything is made by hand in small batches in the butchery, bakery and smokehouse on the farm, giving attention to detail at every stage.
The Redhill Farm Shop in the Bail offers their Great Taste Supreme Champion Award winning free-range pork, grass-fed beef, lamb and hogget. You can also pick up free-range eggs, hand-raised pork pies, dry-cured bacon and hams and their signature Lincolnshire sausages.
All of Redhill's products are delivered fresh from the farm, just 20 miles north of Lincoln. Other produce is carefully selected from primary producers who share a commitment to provenance and authenticity.
Alongside the butchery is a light takeaway food service offering Lincolnshire sausage sandwiches, hot pulled pork rolls, warm sausage rolls and freshly baked savoury tarts.
