Fully traceable from field to fork, Grimblethorpe Hall Butchery grow everything they sell and prepare fresh on site. 

Their beautiful farm is nestled within a chalk stream valley in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds and is home to all of their rare breed, slow grown herds. 

The onsite butchery is run by head butcher Stuart, who produced the very highest quality meat for your table. 

100% of their meat is reared at Grimblethorpe Hall farm and compassionately farmed on their Pasture for Life, Organic Certified farm.

Each Thursday: 10am - 5pm, and Saturday: 9am - 1pm, you can visit the butchery, located outside the hall at Grimblethorpe. 

Alternatively, you can visit their regular stall at Louth Market, each Wednesday and Friday: 8am - 3pm.
