Situated in Lincoln's historic Bailgate area, The Fabric Quarter is a carefully-curated fabric shop and haberdashery.

This independently-owned shop stocks fabric for all sewing projects including dressmaking, crafting, quilting and interiors (curtains, blinds and upholstery).

As well as interior fabrics on the roll, The Fabric Quarter also have a large library of interior fabrics to order. They stock Liberty Lasenby, William Morris & Co and Sanderson crafting/quilting weight cottons, plus many leading makes including Robert Kauffman, Dashwood, Figo and Kaffe Fassett.

The shop also carries the full range of Simplicity patterns, as well as many independents. Browsing is very much welcome, and advice is freely given by the experienced team here.

Above the shop, there are facilities available for third party tutors and private bookings.
