It’s a deli because there is a wide range of cooking ingredients for sale as well as salads and superb artisan bread from Welbeck Bakehouse in Nottinghamshire and Elster Bakery in Lincoln.

Bailgate Deli’s coffee is straightforward, served in generous sized cups without frills. The hot chocolate is pretty fine as well. The deli is unusual in offering a wide range of plant milks at no extra cost. Coffee beans are from the award winning Lincoln Tea and Coffee Company.
