Independent and family-owned gin distillery based in Lincoln and creators of the lovingly handmade Lincoln Gin.

The Lincoln Distillery, established in 2017, is Lincoln's first commercial distillery since 1863 and located on the banks of the Fossdyke Canal in Lincoln. 

Independent and family-owned, the Lincoln Distillery is made up of owner Matt, his wife Jen, and her father John. Working together they have taken the business from its humble beginning in Matt and Jen's family kitchen to an established craft distillery. 

The Lincoln Distillery produce small-batch gins and liqueurs, all finished by hand, ensuring each bottle is of the highest quality and taste. Their flagship product, Lincoln Gin, distilled with locally inspired botanicals, is available in Lincoln Dry, Cask Aged and Navy Strength varieties.

The distillery now also produce gins for various venues and destinations such as Lincoln Cathedral, Doddington Hall and the former RAF Scampton, as well as an exciting and delicious range of liqueurs! 

New and exciting creations, together with a range of merchandise to complement them, are available from their online shop and many suppliers around Lincolnshire. 

Lincoln Gin can also be found at regular markets and food and drink events across the county, including the Lincoln Farmers' Market, The Lincolnshire Show and the Lincolnshire Food and Gift Fair.
